Gage Morin from Cornwall, Ontario, has come close to winning in the last few weeks. He finally picked up his first victory of the year at the Airborne Park Speedway. Morin took the lead over Kayle Robidoux on lap 19 and didn’t look back. This was a sweet victory for the 16 Team as they have worked hard to get the technical problems out of the new chassis, while adapting to the new track, which they decided to race this year on a weekly basis. Sportsman

Moïse Pagé from Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague, Quebec, once again visited the winner’s circle. Moise captured the win after a very close battle with Gabriel Cyr, but once the pass was made, Moise sailed to victory. This is the third win for the 49 Team at the Airborne Park Speedway this year, putting the team in the lead for the points’ chase.

REVSTAR

Sabrina Blanchet of Quebec City, Quebec, was the third Canadian to visit victory lain at the newly revamped Speedway. She drove her STR to victory in the REV STAR main event. After a late race yellow on lap 18, Sabrina blasted past Pierre Hébert on the restart, dominating the race to take the checkered flag. This is Sabrina’s second win of the season in the STR, putting her in a good position in the REV STAR points’ chase. Sabrina was disqualified for using the wrong gears, so it was Pierre Hébert that was awarded the victory. A great night of racing for the Canadian trio on bringing home the wins.
