Few surprises… a lot of action in the Pro-Stock ranks at Syracuse!
Arguably the best feature of the week last year, the 25-lap Pro-Stock feature will find the same performers that will offer another great event for the 43rd edition. Again, not much surprises in the 10 names you will find below.
Pete Stefanski: His worst finish is a 4th spot in the last 9 races, he is ‘’Mr.Pro-Stock!’’ The #2 car will be to watch on Sunday at lunch!
Rob Yetman: Victorious last year, his resume is pretty full and his one of the best drivers of the division.
Stéphane Lebrun: Was part of the championship race last year, a seasoned veteran in the Pro-Stock, his always in the lead pack!
Jocelyn Roy: Arrives at Syracuse leading the DIRTcar championship, he will have the #47 of Dave Bissonnette in his sight.
Dave Bissonnette: A fifth spot last year gave secured him the DIRTcar Pro-Stock championship; he will pull in Syracuse with 8 points behind Roy in the point’s title.
Roch Aubin: He has accumulated 2 top 10s in the last 2 years; he has been in the Pro-Stock for years
Francois Adam: Another division veteran, he has finished in the top 12 in his 3 presence including a solid fourth last year.
Rocky Warner: If he has a ride this year, he will run in front of the pack, with 2 wins and a 3rd in his three runs. The Mile doesn’t scare him.
Stephane Lemire: He is currently 3rd in the DIRTcar title, he never raced at Syracuse, and first time might be the right time!
The Pro-Stock feature always bring surprises with often ‘’the big one’’ at the start of the event that involves some contenders. The tight point’s race with Roy and Bissonnette brings an extra flavour in the 25-lap race.
